Located close to centre. Very disappointing for a so called 4 star hotel. There wasn't a proper bar you had to get a drink from the receptionist which was a very limited choice out of a cupboard. Breakfast time was chaotic and disappointing as this seems to be their big selling point. They don't serve lunch or dinner. The room had a broken heater and was very hot. How on earth did this hotel get a 4 star rating? |

We stayed in the appartments which are just around the corner from the hotel. The rooms were spacious, neat and very comfortable. The location is excellent and the parking facility a bonus. Buffet breakfast was good. |

The apartments were very spacious and the location is brillant. The breakfast is lovely and starts and finsihes at very reasonable times. |

The position of the hotel is second to none for getting around Brugge. The hotel is very modern with excellent facilities. Unfortunately, in the apartment we stayed, the legs of the " put away bed" protruded from underneath, while the covers of the bed masked their projection. As a consequence I received a very painful bruised toe when I hit the metal of the legs with my foot. |

The location was perfect, 5mins walk from main square with Belfry.Also, they give you a map with two walking tours on it which take you past all the main sites. |

Very friendly and helpful receptionists Buffet breakfast was very limited. Breakfast room was very overcrowded. It was frequently necessary to manoevre around people when trying to chose something from the buffet. The toaster was very slow. In any event it was a waste of time making toast as the bread was far too thin. |

The location was excellent. It was also a very clean, well decorated and comfortable hotel, with firendly and helpful staff. I would certainly not hesitate recommending this hotel. |

nice staff, ok location, ok breakfast they let us stay in the aragon annex, which is like an extention to the main hotel. It has a very old small elevator that would either take luggage or one person per trip which was hopeless to say the least. Also we had to use our key to get in the building and again to get in room which meant that we had to go back together which wasn't always the case. Terrible arangement. |

The hotel is well situated and amongst one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The rooms are well appointed with the bathrooms being outstandingly clean. The breakfast was lovely and the drinks very reasonably priced, we stayed with 2 more couples who were as equally impressed. We will all use this hotel again. |

The location was excellent, the food and staff were very good and the rooms comfortable. The hotel car park entrance was very narrow with careful manovering required but once in the car was safe and secure. |
