Being so close to everything

It would have helped to have directions to the car park as we wasted an hour trying to approach the hotel through an impenetrable one way system only to find that we had kept driving past the place where we needed to park

The room was clean, warm and comfortable, the location was the main reason we chose this hotel, for a city centre centrally placed hotel we could not fault it. Staff were polite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied well stocked and unhurried. Both public areas and the rooms were clean (clean and not just dust free !) We had a pleasant 3 nights there.

No spare pillows in rooms. No tea / coffee kettle facilities in rooms, which would have been welcome.

Nice view! Also from my room! Excellent location, just few steps from the Grand Place and close to the central station!

Refregirators and facilities for making tee/coffee in the room would be good idea. Also, more attention sould be paid to the clearness of the bed sheets.

The location of the hotel was excellent

The hotel did not read the comments that I had requested in my original e-mail We arrived early from the USA and were told to leave the hotel until 3 PM We had more than 7 hours to wait for a room and no place to freshen up or eat breakfast.

Convenient for the centre of Brussels. Staff were pleasant.

Small, noisy room with the smell of cooking oil if the windows were open. Room was very small and shabby for the price. Cracked tiles in the bathroom and mould in the shower. I've had better rooms close to the centre of Brussels for a lower price (Mercure. Botanique). I realise that there is much demand for hotels in Brussels (EU etc.) but I feel the price I paid (on expenses) was too expensive.
