even after 20 min in the night waiting of the taxi...it tooks another 20 to find the hotel... no alternative ways to get there;( |

the offered in hotel description 'free shuttle to the airport available on request' means that you need to contact them 24hrs in advance to book/request it. If you don't, you are not entitled and you have to pay a few euros for your taxi. And you need to get there by car, as the '2 minutes to the airport' is slightly underestimated (closer to 8-10 mins by car), no way you can reach them on foot. |

The hotel in most of the european countries would be rated more than as a 3 stars. The building is new, it is just 5 mins driving away from the airport (20 euros by taxi but that's up to the taxi drivers honesty that ask that for just 1.3 Km/5mins driving). From the hotel to the airport the ride is free thanks to the shuttle service, just book it the day before you need it. Everything was simply perfect, just to be fussy a minibar service in the room would be appreciated. |

Nice clean room, very friendly staff and probably one of the nicest budget airoprt hotels that I've stayed in. Needs slightly easier directions as you begin to think that you have gone to the wrong location |

It is awkwardly located - right next to the airfield so you get the noise from the planes, but a 5-10 minute drive away if you actually want to enter the airport. The free shuttle is not free it is a taxi service that you are asked to pay for!! Additionally, the rooms are exactly of the kind you would expect at a travel lodge,ect. My advice is stay at one of them and don't waste your money! |

Very good place if you need to spend a night after flying to the Charleroi Airport. Brand new hotel - rooms are cosy and well-equipped (not very spacious though). Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly (no problems with Airport Shuttle service - just one email sent to the hotel and they organized everything). |

Only good things to tell about the hotel. They pick us up at the airport and took us to the airport early in the morning. Everything was perfect. Remember to tell them in advance if you need to pick you up. |

Staff very friendly. Only opened two days and it was eveiden that not much training had taken place. Menu is very limited and basic. Beds a little on small side. |
