スタッフが親切で英語力が不足の私に親切に説明してくれ感謝。部屋もきれいで過ごしやすかったです。 ホテルを探すのに苦労しました。表示が小さく、何回かすぐ前を通りながら気がつきませんでした。他は特に不満はありません。 |

Design of the lobby is nice, good atmosphere. Bed was good, breakfast was good. Location very good. Welcome drink was nice initiative. Our room was very small; no space for coats and clothes, no space to walk; toilet was not really separated from the bed room, and was too close to the bed. The lobby smelled quite intensely of bleach. |

Centraly located. Breakfast (despite the fact that there is only one coffee machine. Design of the room looks cheap. No shower curton hence water evrywhere after shower- a pity with a shower rain! |

The location was very good. The bed and breakfast was also good. Because of the concrete floor in my room the floor was very cold. You would neet a pare of slipper or heatingsystem in the floor. |

The location of the hotel was good and the common areas of the hotel were stylish. The hotel didn't fullfilled our expectations of a disign hotel of that price range. We booked a superior backyard room - the room we were put in was "backyard" meening dark and overlooking a brick wall, but certainly not superior since it was small and with basic facilities, and cold during the night. |

the hotel staff, the breakfast, the local and the decoration. I only could do the check-in at 5.00pm, after the hotel staff has told me that I could do at 2.00pm. |

Excellent breakfast Reception closed after 20:00. I was not notified during check-in, so had to take a taxi during my dinner to pick up my key. Also, description said 1 or 2 french balconies, while all there was, was a window. The available "excellent city view" was minimal from our room. |

Near the city center, the hotel was clean The breakfast. I can not choose my own breakfast menu. The hotel provide the same menu for all guest. |

the lobby was quite stylish room was like a shoe-box for the price we paid compared to other hotel available (should have booked somewhere else or paid more for something better, staff elevator is the same as the guests elevator-so at times we wait for 10-15mins-so we kept taking the stairs from the 3rd flr which is ok but imagine if youre in the 7th! breakfast is very basic, 1 pc of each, could do better. |
