Design of the hotel. New hotel. Very nice rooms Staff doesn't speak dutch. No ambience such as too much light, no music in bar or resto. |

location, design of furniture & staff were all very friendly. hotel is located in one way street. it was not easy to find using car navigation system from main road. However, worthwhile to spend some time finding it. |

Very funky modern surroundings which were of high quality and made for a 'different and special' feel. Staff were friendly and helpful and attentive. Very quiet rooms for a city centre hotel. When our reservation was unavailable they upgraded us without any argument. I would definitely stay again although the tariffs are high. I liked everything about the hotel |

Very nice design inside the room and everywhere in the hotel. My fiancé was stunned for quite a while by how nice the room was. Friendly stuff. |

the design of the hotel. the bed (i just love the bed. and got good sleep). the free wireless internet in the whole hotel. the reception staffs are very nice, kind and helpful. 1, wellness area (not so bad, just compare with the other 5 star hotels, its a bit too simple). 2, the male services in the restaurant are very arrogant. I had dinner there plus 2 days breakfast. They forgot my request during the breakfast when the croissant was running out. anyway they just dont make me feel comfortable.i rarely see them smile.but they were very nice to some people who looks rich |
