Great location within walking distance to Gare Midi and all major spots

Cleaning lady woke everyone on the floor around 8am expecting to see "Do Not Disturb" tag hung outside the door but my room was not supplied with the Do Not Disturb tag on my first night. The second morning when I had hung my tag, some very loud guest kids on the floor removed them from all the doors on my floor.

Convenient central location. Accommodating staff. Comfortable
"executive" rooms. Overall it provided value for money.

A somewhat tired hotel which could benefit from an interior face lift.
More specifically in the area of the rooms (as the lobby and other
general areas were well maintained and contemporary). The standard room
which my travelling friends stayed in was a touch cramped which was
exaggerated by the aging interior design. This, however, is only a minor
complaint and did not sully my overall experience

I had booked a single room for one night at € 61. I booked one night more, but the price was then € 69. I wondered why?

Friendly helpful staff.airy reception area. Easy to get to tourist
sites.not too far from eurostar.price included large breakfast

Bed rather narrow I nearly fell out!but I had been sleeping in a wider
bed at home. Dark in room+needed the air condition tower provided but
for one night acceptable and the overall experience means I possibly
would go there again

Good profesional service, centrally located

Very noisy. I was woiken early in morning by noise of kitchen staff.

Lovely facilities, friendly staff, comfortable room

Breakfast on Sunday morning was a fiasco - loads of empty dishes, tables needing clearing, etc. The staff didn't seem to be filling up things quickly enough. It was really crowded. Also our bidet in the hotel room was dirty, and there was a blood stain on the wall in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very good. staff friendly, location- easy 10min walk from Eurostar terminal and 5 mins from Grand Plc and Central station.

Very hot- little air circulation without door and window open. No air conditioning. if weather is very hot/close could be a problem.

nearest metro stations could be more clearly specified for ease of travel. Good hotel. Good location.
