The location is perfect for us as we were visiting Gent and Brugge and it is easy to find by driving; the place is quiet; the staff is friendly;

The shower is not comfortable at all; the room is a bit cold and it seems that the heating cannot be adjusted especially when the outside was -3/-4 degree;

We were there for the one night, as we used this hotel an an over night stop from Ashby De La Zouch on our way to Berlin. The reason we chose this hotel was because of it location in regard to our trip and the price.It was the last night of their annual fair so there was a lovely atmosphere in the hotel, and in the town. Due to this the staff were busy, but they were friendly and helpful

Major roadworks on the most direct route to the hotel made access without a local map difficult

Very friendly & helpfull staff, good restaurant. Decent (continental) breakfast. Good location between major tourist spots.

Due to the pubic works in the neighbourghoud the hotel is not easily accessible. The indications on the road are poor. Information should be given on the websigte!!

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Good beds, comfortable room with modern decor.

Not everyone has a GPS. Mentioning the road works and the way to get to the hotel in the e-mail confirmation sent by the hotel would have been helpful. Fortunately I was warned by previous guests' comments.

No remote control for TV in room, therefore couldn't watch tv late at night. Restaurant not open on Monday evenings. I arrived late and then had to go out to find a restaurant on a wet night Finally, there is building work adjacent to the hotel and loud noise from just after 7am in the morning!
