Service from the staff was always so good. Since our stay last year the selection of toiletries, bathrobe and slippers had been withdrawn. |

A small, intimate hotel, with comfortable ,clean rooms,a lovely staff and a good variety of healthy choices for breakfast(included in room rate). Also, on Sunday they let you check out at 5:00p.m. A real bonus when you have a late train. I will look for other NH hotels when I travel from now on. |

We arrived late on Christmas eve - the hotel STILL accomodated our booking for a 5 course meal. I thought that service (and the food) was exceptional. |

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was very cozy near to the city center. Great atmosphere.. They should have more reasonable exchange rates. |

The staff were very helpful,and the food was excellent, particularly the dinners on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was the first time my elderly parents had been abroad, and this was a great place for us all to stay at Christmas. It was well situated for exploring Bruges, being near to the main sites, but not in the busiest part of the city. |

Shortly before arrival we reserved a 5-course dinner on Dec 25 at the hotel restaurant, with selected wines, live music etc.etc. for 69 euros p.p. In fact, this dinner took place not in the hotel restaurant, but in a huge conference room, food and service were terrible, the atmosphere - awful, no explanation from the staff followed. So, we left after the 1st course :( |

rooms were not up to standard, pool was missing mosaic and sharp underfoot, they offer a 30euro upgrade, but i feel they should have taken 30 euros off the rooms we had, would not go again |

The courtesy of your reception staff was excellent . We had to return home early due to an elderly parent falling down stairs and being retained in hospital. Your staff were very undertstanding, especially Dominic. I will definately use your hotel again and will recommend it to friends. |
