The Brussels Marriott Hotel occupies an ornate historical seven-storey building originally opened as a theatre in the 1870s and converted into The Grand Hôtel Central in 1922. Following the tradition of the old American steakhouses, the Midtown Grill Steakhouse, serves the best steaks in town!

Breakfast should have been included in the tariff. We have stayed in more expensive hotels that did include breakfast.

The staff was helpful and attended to requests immediatley.

It was difficult to control the temperature of the room. It was very warm.

We asked to change the room to a higher floor. The hotel staff responded in a friendly way and we were quite happy about it.

It was mentioned that there was a parking on the site but there was no sign on the main street. Also there was no spot in front of the hotel, where we could park our car temporarily to offload the luggage.

Breakfast was wonderful - the omelet man was awesome. Very comfortable bed. Okay selection of English TV. Great location for Old Town and Christmas Markets!

Wish there was a hot chocolate alternative to coffee and tea in the room caddy. Internet rate is ridiculous- if hostels can provide free or low cost internet why can't a 5 star hotel/
