The location was great! The staff were very friendly and the room was decent. We didn't have any running water for a good portion of the night and in the morning when the water started working it was brown with chunks floating in it so we couldn't shower or brush our teeth before leaving the hotel. Also the water pressure was minimal and the brown water just trickled out of the tap. |

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room and bathroom was very clean. It was a very short walk to the train station. No security at the front door. This hotel was open to anyone off the street, not just guests. People could come in and go right up the stairs to the hallways with the rooms, or to the restrooms near the breakfast room. There was a container with bottled water near the door for the guests to take, but we saw people coming in off the street taking the free water bottles. |

central location. no frills or exagerated over-politeness, just concentratıon on giving a good service ı paid 4 wi-fi. Internet should not be charged, but if it is, it should work! ı use MS outlook for e-mails. I could receive mails but could not send. I spent 2 hours, trying to fix it, calling your reception, service provider in Turkey and my Co's IT. Urrec eption was unknowledgable and u had no IT people on site. In the end my folks in Turkey diagnosed the problem as ur blockage on channel 25 |

Cleanliness of the room, proximity to the old center, commercial and tourist area, as well as to the Central Station (excellent connections to airport, metro, etc). Should have been a lagere variety of food at the breackfast, for a 4 stars hotel, but anyway was sufficient enough. |
