Personalens bemötande, ställde upp med att hjälpa mig med antenn till WIFI:n och när det inte lyckades med den så försökte de ringa till deras support. Men det visade sig att det hade blivit något fel på en drivrutin i min dator. De gav förslag på matsällen i centrala Bryssel |

centralt, trevligt hotell frukosten, vissa saker som t ex bacon och skinka,fanns ej men sedan kom ett stort fat just innan frukosten tog slut men annars var det bra |

It is a good location and the room (#609 was large and spacious The hotel has 4 stars, but doesn't deserve them. The carpet and fittings were worn, the room was very cold and the room service is way over priced. In fairness the hotel is to have some refurbishment - it is overdue. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was right in the centre of everything, it was tidy and the breakfast was lovely. The staff on reception were also very helpful. |
