Great location (close to the Central station and Grand Place/Grote Markt), the staff was efficient, friendly; breakfast was good; there was even information about sights and dining in Brussels in Swedish waiting for me in the room. The only thing that may bother some is the noise from Gras Markt (garbage collectors were there around 6 am). For us it was not a problem as we had to get up early anyway, but if you think that this may be an issue, ask for a room facing away from the square. |

very comfortable room at the front of the hotel. Despite the square in front (which was good for people-watching) the room was very quiet. The proximity of several bars and restaurants. the location of the bar (downstairs) and the lack of opening. |

I got a very spacious room that had beautiful windows with a view over a small market place. Me and my sister enjoyed the feel of the room. This time the staff for some reason did not seem extremely professional. Last time it was better. |

The hotel was in a great location--the convenience of being close to the center of town was a definite plus. The staff--we experienced great interaction with some staff members while other staff members were not very congenial. |
