バスタブに髪の毛が数本落ちていた。アパートメントタイプだからか、ベッドメーキングには来ず、バスタオルの交換も無し。２泊したが、最終日は車を地下駐車場へ置いたまま観光ができたので良かった。

４人部屋のはずが、ダイニングテーブルのイスが２個しか無かった。TVのリモコンが汚い。食洗器の中に食器が入ったままだった。

部屋のベッドがソファの形のままでした。そのような部屋を予約したつもりはなかったのですが。。

For a traveler who is looking for just a room for the night, this apart'hotel offers more than he or she can even make use of: Sports, laundry, inroning, kitchen and quite a lot of space add to a luxury that probably earned the hotel its four stars. I appreciated the free-of-charge internet access via cable in the rooms and via w-lan or a terminal in the hotel lobby. Beds are fold-out style.

On the down side, the building is kind of worn out, which shows in the unpleasant smell of the corridors, and the battered look and feel of the rooms. For a four-star hotel they seem to be under-staffed, so, although the staff are very friendly and helpful, things tend to take a while to get fixed.

It is a very complete system. We stayed earlier in a Citadines hotel and it is very handy.

The rooms were very small and the staff is not really bilingual. You would expect them to speak dutch but they do not. Not everybody of the staff was willing to help you.

The hotel was easy to find, they spoke english, lobby was nice fresh clean. parking was a little difficult

guest rooms were extremely small, bathroom not clean or modern, no bed, only a sofa bed.
