Internet, bord (f arbete), närhet till Metro och uppskattar att det finns kylskåp, micro och kokmöjligheter i rummet. På dessa grunder (med internet som viktigast) kommer jag att välja Citadines hotel så ofta jag kan. |

The hotel is located at the heart of the city, so I enjoyed walking in its neighborhood. The connection to the Internet was not provided on the day I left the hotel. |

For a traveler who is looking for just a room for the night, this apart'hotel offers more than he or she can even make use of: Sports, laundry, inroning, kitchen and quite a lot of space add to a luxury that probably earned the hotel its four stars. I appreciated the free-of-charge internet access via cable in the rooms and via w-lan or a terminal in the hotel lobby. Beds are fold-out style. On the down side, the building is kind of worn out, which shows in the unpleasant smell of the corridors, and the battered look and feel of the rooms. For a four-star hotel they seem to be under-staffed, so, although the staff are very friendly and helpful, things tend to take a while to get fixed. |

It is a very complete system. We stayed earlier in a Citadines hotel and it is very handy. The rooms were very small and the staff is not really bilingual. You would expect them to speak dutch but they do not. Not everybody of the staff was willing to help you. |

The hotel was easy to find, they spoke english, lobby was nice fresh clean. parking was a little difficult guest rooms were extremely small, bathroom not clean or modern, no bed, only a sofa bed. |

It was very central. Warm and comfortable. I stayed with my two children on my own and as a woman I felt safe. The back street was very noisy. |

Good internet connection in the room. Enough lighting. Warm, silent and clean room. Renovation of room is needed. Brekfast is rather modest. |
