The wonderful 4-star hotel Crowne Plaza Brussels Europa is directly located between the European Commission and European Parliament, right in the heart of the EU Quarter.

Our hotel is ideally located at a 5-minute walking distance from Parc Cinquantenaire. Crowne Plaza offers excellent transport connections via Schuman train station, at the foot of the hotel, and Maelbeek metro and bus station, directly under the hotel. A 5-minute ride with the metro will take you into the city centre with its Grand Place, Manneken Pis fountain sculpture and the main shopping area.

The location is quite good with metro station just there. The room was quite big and nice.

For a 4 star hotel I expected better room with for example more toiletries provided in bathroom. I was installed in a room with door connection to the next one and therefore could easily hear the neighbors. I find weird that to open and close window of the room one needs to call the reception.

Comfortable room (besides the bed) with a great bath and massaging shower. Relatively close to the city centre (3-5 minutes with the metro line)

Beds were poor. No free wireless internet.

That there was a room for smoking something you don't often find in hotels. Staff very friendly, multi lingual and hotel located very close to metro.

No the service was excellent. I would book this hotel again.
