夕食におすすめのお店をフロントに尋ねると、予約の電話まで入れてくれた。そのお店は、「当たり」だった。ホテルの部屋がbooking.comの手違いで違っていたが、フロントからすぐbooking.comに問い合わせてから希望通りの部屋に快く変更してもらえた。 ドライヤーを置いておいて欲しい。 |

The hotel is lovely, very central and with a good swimming pool and sauna. The staff is very friendly and helped us finding a last minute restaurant for New Year, which turned out to be extremely good, as the hotel restaurant was fully booked. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, although a tad too pricey. |

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff A huge disappointment. Booked 2 rooms both of them sadly lacking any charm. The hotel lobby is just okay, but the rooms and hallways desperate cry for some rework, with carpets being filthy and having noticeable stains throughout. Not a 4 stars hotel for the price I paid, much more considering the other charming options around. |
