Lighting waa too much saved, so I felt the hotel gloomy. The hotel sign in front was EC hotel instead of Euro-Capital Hotel, so that the taxi driver didnot first recognize and went round the streets until finally he identified it as Euro-Capital. It was uncomfortable to havre been asked to place a guarantee of Euro 20 for each telephone call, even for a local or inter-city call. If the front sign is EC Hotel, you should also indicate this abbreviation in the reservation sheet. |

Convenient to train station. Price was affordable. Everything worked in the room (tv, phone, internet). Breakfast was ok. Location is a depressing neighborhood. Decor of room was pretty minimal. |

Convenient for public transport system. Night porter was extremely courteous and helpful with my several requests at unusual times -- and some of my complaints, below... Extraordinarily loud noises of construction work right next door, extremely early in the morning. Faulty plumbing in bathroom sink: first the outlet pipe was loose, then the whole sink basin became unfixed from its base. Breakfast was rather poor: why only uht (or something similar?) milk, when you're serving cereals and tea? Rather disappointing overall, for the high room rate charged. |

The hotel is in the perfect location for what ever your needs. Transport, the city centre or a late arrival from the train station, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpfull. |

The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet so I slept very well. Tv also very good, good range of channels. Although very few staff, those that were there were helpful. Very cold and unwelcoming. No facilities in the evening - no bar for instance, and no room service snacks. Also it was clear that others just arriving off the street were being sold rooms for much less than my organisation paid through the web booking service . Also, not a good location |

It is very close to the Midi (South) Station. The hotel is brand new and the internet worked properly (for free!) Metro station is 150 meters! |
