Nice, spacious, clean rooms and great location The parking is not convenient. You have to be escorted in and out of the parking garage---your car is put on an elevator and taken down to a different level to park. And, we were told there were no more spaces for parking. Yet, after being persistant about needing a parking space...a few spaces appeared! |

The Hotel facilities, location and the room.... The staff is not good. I received only a good attention in the check-out. The check-in was terrible.....this is a very good Hotel but something needs change.... |

Excellent hotel: prime location, service with a smile, quiet & very well- appointed rooms, "rooftop" breakfast - one of the best 4-star hotels I ever stayed at. I will most definitely book it again! A minor flaw was reception (check-in and -out took quite some time). But, as I say, compared to the rest: a truly minor flaw... |

Excellent interior The TV-set: the remote control management of TV-set is weird; also you don't see volume bar when you adjust volume. Also I'd like to have an option of having the same towel next day to maintain sustainability and GoGreen. |

Big, comfortable rooms, great location Staff, although very friendly, weren't very efficient. There were quite a few customers waiting, and only one or two people attending them, while other staff passed by but didn't act. </ |
