The Location Had to wait on the street 30 minutes for the hotel personnel to open the parking garage access door. The room was extremely small and the air conditioning did not seem to work. |

The staff were good and courteous There was no airconditioning in my room, and it was not corrected even after reporting, the alternative suggested by the staff was not working at all. The room seems to have not been cleaned before I checked in. There were already dirty towels in the bathroom |

Location Check-in advertised as 2pm but we returned at 2.15pm only to be told that the room was not ready and we would have to come back later. Breakfast is unorganised. Hotel is too big for the size of the breakfast room and the staff are not organised in showing you to a free tale. |

Nice, spacious, clean rooms and great location The parking is not convenient. You have to be escorted in and out of the parking garage---your car is put on an elevator and taken down to a different level to park. And, we were told there were no more spaces for parking. Yet, after being persistant about needing a parking space...a few spaces appeared! |

The Hotel facilities, location and the room.... The staff is not good. I received only a good attention in the check-out. The check-in was terrible.....this is a very good Hotel but something needs change.... |
