registration and check out was very smooth,specialy when you are free to pay by ceridet card or cash which was very practical for me. the view of the room which was a concrete wall 3m away from my window.i am not sure if it was because of the booking.com or the hotel it self,i was expecting a nice view from a high rise hotel |

24h room service, swimming pool with bar on the top floor over looking the city, nice bar in the hotel, friendly receptionists, reaonably priced parking under the hotel, subway and mall right across the street...... I don't think it was affiliated with the hotel, but the steak restaurant on the street level turned us away from the bar because we didn't want to eat. why do they have a bar if you cannot sit down and have a drink? Also the pool was a little cold. |

Nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Easy walking distance to the downtown area. Secure, underground parking was close by and very reasonably priced. |

Its a decadent hotel, not a 4 stars at all. Rooms smells like chlorine, the electrical sockets are missing the tops, the lighting is awful and outdated, the wallpaper is coming out. Everything is extremely old and depressing. Awful experience for a hotel like a Sheraton |

It was a wonderful hotel. The room was huge with a huge bed as well and with an excellent view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, only a small walk to the main city square. Lot of restaurants around the hotel. |
