The Hotel Silken is a unique combination of art, culture and comfort. This 4-star deluxe hotel, located in the heart of the European Quarter of Brussels and only 4 metro stops away from the "Grand Place", has an impressive architecture and a fabulous design.
The hotel integrates the art and photography of the 21st century.

Don't forget to pay a visit to our restaurant, "L'Objectif", our bar, "The News", our coffee house and the "Relax Spa". This is the place to be to relax, with a sauna, jacuzzi, solarium, massages and fitness (extra cost of EUR 9 per person per day).

There is easy and direct access to the city centre, airport and all important motorways. The "Grand Place" and all shopping streets are at only 4 metro stops from the hotel.

Food & beverage

Our restaurant, "L'Objectif", is open for breakfast every day from 6.30 till 10.30 (12.00 at the weekend). A full American breakfast buffet is served.
Lunch is served from 12.00 until 14.00, and dinner is served from 18.30 till 22.00.

Our bar, "The News", serves cocktails and tapas. The bar is open every day from 16.00 until 01.00.

The Jacqmotte coffee house is known for its large variety of coffee blends from all over the world. Open every weekday from 7.00 until 16.00. The coffee house is closed at weekends.

Room information

The 214 rooms and suites are luxuriously furnished and fully equipped for travellers' needs.
In addition to the listed facilities all rooms have electronic safe and a complimentary bottle of water. There is 24-hour room service.

Area information

The hotel is located next to the Berlaymont Building in the heart of the European Quarter. 5 minutes from the hotel there is a nice park, " Parc du Cinquentenaire".
4 metro stops to get to the Grand Place and famous shopping streets like Avenue Louise and Rue Neuve.
The several Irish pubs and Italian restaurants make the neighbourhood very cosy.

Very good breakfest and the staff on the recepcion was very pleasent.

One waiter in the restorant was realy terrible, very unpleasent person

Compliments to hotel staff 's kindness and availability at reception desk! The couchette is comfortable. Food excellent.

Depleted bottom of the bathtub-a little bit uncomfortable, glass-shield is not enough to shield from douche all over the bathroom; lamp in the middle of the room on the ceiling would be welcomed ;-)

The 1st room given was heading an inner patio with window permanently closed. I complaint about it, so they changed me to other. By chance, I was at reception, and there was another couple discussing that their room had a problem, but the room was the same one, 020. That weekend the hotel was very empty, the staff told me. This was not nice, my fear is that was due to the price special we got.

Staff were very friendlyand helpful and hotel was perfect for a weekend in Brussels. We got an awesome deal on the price with booking.com and would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazingly good value weekend deal. High quality, comfortable well designed room. Very good breakfast, with a wide choice. Friendly helpful staff. Close to Brussels metro if you would rather not walk to city centre. Close to a couple of nice restaurants and a pub.
