Hotel has perfect location. Very close to all atractions (5th Avenue, Times Square, etc) Staff at the reception was not friendly but both employees at concierge desk were great. I was very surprised how dirty the windows were. I think hotel like this cannot afford to have such dirty windows. They didn't clean them for years. |

Location of hotel is good The hotel is run down, needs renovation. Internet access was down several times, which is inexcusable in a business hotel. The hotel does not carry stamps, so impossible to post letter from hotel. I had to go across the street to another hotel to get stamps. That's where I will stay the next time. |

Excellent location and good value for money. The staff is very nice too. Breakfast was overpriced, you get the same food across the street for 1/3 of the price at the hotel. |
